"Toriaezu Beer" is something that bartenders and waiters hear a lot of in Japan when customers first come in. There are many fine drinking establishments in Japan, and of course a million different drinks, but most people just start off the evening with a beer. Imagine a hard day at work as a ‘salaryman’ you just want to grab a few before going home to unwind from the troubles of the day. When you get to your preferred bar or pub you do not want to immediately worry about the trivial snacks or bits of food to order you just want a beer. That is where the phrase "toriaezu beer" comes in.
Most dictionaries define toriaezu as: "at once"; "first of all"; "for the time being", but in reality it is a very convenient word in Japanese with nuances of: "without any plan", "just do it", "that's it for now". It implies completion of doing something in later time, because you can't think of any better alternatives for the moment.
