There are goals and plans, but not mandatory.
The "TOUR OF DUTY" is gave us a chance gather a lot of Industrial Resources to build a stronghold easily.
We try to build a higher tier buildings to create useful clan boosters (credit, xp, freexp, crewxp)
Enough to play actively random battles (20-30 battles / week)
