RISE was born of frustration with the way many Clans manage - or don't manage - their member's conduct in-game, in clan chat and in discord.

Simply put, RISE is a home for mature adults that treat each other and fellow game community members with respect. Your skill is important to us, but not as important to us as leaving the following at the door:

- Trolling or other disparaging or inciteful remarks, be it to fellow clan mates or other players*;
- Racism;
- Sexism;
- Homophobia;
- Elitism (everyone starts somewhere!)

*Expressing disappointment in a team is natural but do it in a reasonable way. If you love giving your team or opposition an abusive spray, this is not the clan for you.

Basically, keep things civil! Use the "breathe for ten seconds rule" if you think what's about to come out of your mouth or keyboard is likely to cause drama or offense (and with it, reputational harm to you and us).

CW's are planned but are optional to members, and will happen as numbers permit.
