Requirements For SHINU:

1. Be a Weeb.
2. 1900+ WN8 Recents.
3. Minimum 3 Tier 6 for Skirms (Preferably Crom, 85M, KV-2, Type 64.) , 3 Tier 8's (Any decent Tier 8's) and 1 or more Tier 10 (Obj. 907, Obj. 140, Chieftain, Obj. 279E, CGC, STB-1 etc.) for Skirms, Advances/Global Map
TO BE DECIDED
4. Big Brain.
5. Able to understand and speak English.
6. Discord required.
